London Realty International was created to bring a high level of bespoke customer experience to the London and European property markets. We offer a range of property services to fit the needs of our clients.

We are accredited by safeagent. safeagent is the UK’s leading accreditation scheme for lettings and management agents operating in the Private Rented Sector. Established in 1999 by the Empty Homes Agency as The National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) with the backing of the industry, the aim was to establish a single badge for consumers to look for and understand the service and protections a firm offered through adherence to strict accreditation criteria. We are also registered with the Property Redress Scheme, a straightforward and easy to use consumer redress (ombudsman) scheme for Property agents and professionals.

We believe in consumer transparency, and our fees are written clearly on our website so that you know upfront what you are being charged.

Founder

Lonnée Hamilton

Property is in my blood. My mother was an estate agent in the States and she, my sister, and I formed The Hamilton Team, a top-producing team at Sotheby’s International in Pasadena, California.

Upon my move to London, I signed with Keller Williams UK and learned the ropes to the UK property industry before feeling the need to spread my wings and go independent. I created London Realty International out of a desire to provide a high level of customer service and integrity to my clients. I see the agent/client relationship as a partnership, one that should be productive and beneficial for all involved. I’m not interested in how many clients I have. I prefer to work with the right people who want to work in partnership with me.

In addition to sales, I have a background in marketing, feature writing and editing. I worked in the publishing industry for more than 10 years. (I was also a food writer for Saveur. I was nominated for a James Beard award). I use my writing and storytelling skills to market properties to an international network of agents worldwide. To me, every property is unique and deserves to be shown as such.

My clients are varied, ranging from ex-pats who need guidance in the London property market to longtime Londoners eager to sell their home.

In my spare time, I enjoy cycling along the canal paths with my husband. I received my BFA and MFA from New York University (yay, NYU!) and am currently on the board of the American Women’s Club of London.

I love living in London and sharing information about its many neighbourhoods… the fantastic restaurants, the cosy pubs, the ease of travel to other countries. After all, what’s not to love?
